The Embassy of Denmark is pleased to announce the opening of Visa Application Center’s operated by VF Services (UK) Limited.
The applications are to be submitted at the Denmark Visa Application Center’s at London, Manchester or Edinburgh (UK). All applications will be assessed by The Embassy of Denmark, London. We offer the option of courier service for return of your documents submitted, directly at your doorstep.
For Prospective Applicants
Applicants who wish to apply for a Visa or Residence/ Work permit are requested to kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on this site are to help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible. This will reduce the chances of your application being incomplete or a delay in being processed.
Please note that you may be required to appear before a Visa Officer for a personal interview at the Embassy of Denmark in London prior to a decision being taken on your application.

ALL applicants traveling must apply in person - On arriving the visa application centre, you will require to take a token at the entrance and be seated in the waiting area – you will next be called to our submission counter where your application and supporting documents will be scrutinized – your photograph and passport will be checked for validity – Finally, you will be issued a receipt for the fees and service charges paid as an acknowledgement. Please retain your receipt, and ensure that you bring it with you when collecting your passport. |

Please Schedule an appointment at the visa application center’s in London and Manchester to submit your Short Stay application. Click on the following link to make an appointment. Edinburgh is a walk- in center, please click on the ‘contact us’ link for details. Please note the Danish Application centre does not accept any applications on Tueadays. |

Please note all Long stay/ Permit applications must be submitted at the Joint Visa Application centre, London. Green Card and family Reunification applicants will require an appointment to submit an application, click on the following link to make an appointment. All other Long stay/ Permit applications can be submitted without an appointment at the Joint Visa Application centre, London between 8:30 – 12:00 hrs (Mon – Fri) Important note: The Danish Application centre does not accept any applications on Tuesdays.
