The Embassy of Denmark is pleased to announce the opening of a Visa Application Centre operated by VF Services (UK) Limited.

The visa applications are to be submitted at the Denmark Visa Application Centre at London (UK). All applications will be assessed by The Embassy of Denmark, London. We offer the option of courier service for return of your documents submitted, directly at your doorstep.

For Prospective Applicants

Applicants who wish to apply for a Visa are requested to kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on this site are to help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible. This will reduce the chances of your application being incomplete or a delay in being processed.

Please note that you may be required to appear before a Visa Officer for a personal interview at the Embassy of Denmark in London prior to a decision being taken on your application.

Step 1 :	Only Short term visas, Green Card and Family Reunification applications are accepted at the VFS application centre
Step 2 :	Mandatory - Please Schedule an appointment at the visa application centre to submit your Short Stay, Green Card or Family Reunification application. click on the link to make an appointment
Step 3 :	Please go to the link “All about your Visas” to understand details of Short Stay, Green Card and Family Reunification.
Step 4 :	You must apply in person - On arriving the visa application centre, you will require to take a token at the entrance and be seated in the waiting area – you will next be called to our submission counter where your application and supporting documents will be scrutinized – your photograph and passport will be checked for validity – Finally, you will be issued a receipt for the fees and service charges paid as an acknowledgement.
